There are numerous ways to access the properties, but properties are generally 1 mile north of intersection of CR 30 and CR 173 that is southwest of Byers.

Quincy Road (CR 30) is direct from south Aurora and properties are located 1 mile north on CR 173.

I-70 to Strasburg Road, go south to CR 30, then east on CR 30, then north on CR 173 to properties.

I-70 to Byers, then north to HWY 40, then west on Hwy 40 to CR 173, then south to property.  Also could take HWY 40 through Strasburg, then south on CR 173 to property.

All lots except for parcel 2 are listed at $129,000. Lot 2 with the well is listed at $139,000.
