This is a 1/19th ownership in the property on an 867 acre hunting club in a great area for a wide variety of wildlife. Initial one time ownership fee listed at $110,000 with annual dues of $3500 for the club operation. The property has a Weldona address, but is actually closer to Goodrich and Wiggins. The property is a combination of sandhill grass pasture, approximately 2 miles of both sides of the South Platte River and numerous warm water sloughs. There is a 10+/- acre pond presently used as a sanctuary. Improvements include a very nice lodge that sleeps approximately 15 with gear storage in the basement and metal barn also with specific storage areas for gear/equipment and game cleaning area. The property is used by the 19 members and guests and can be used on a year round basis. This club has been in existence beginning in the 1980's. Wildlife species hunted are doves, ducks, geese, deer, turkey, coyotes and other species on the eastern plains. River and a portion of the sloughs are visible at the bridges just south of Goodrich. Property is also very close to Jackson Reservoir and other hunting clubs and Department of Parks and Wildlife properties.
